Structure of PVC Union Ball Valve

• Single Union Ball Valve: It has only one connector, and the other end is a socket or threaded. The seat and rubber ring are usually EPDM.
• Double Union Ball Valve: It has two connectors, which are more commonly used in swimming pool projects. The seat and rubber ring are usually EPDM.
• Industrial Grade Double Union Ball Valve: It has two connectors, and its shape has one more base than the double union ball valve. The weight is heavier than the double union ball valve. And, It is resistant to chemical corrosion. The seat generally uses PTFE, and the rubber ring uses EPDM.

Plus: The O-rings of the union ball valve are all made of EPDM, which is better than the NBR, and the handle is made of PVC or ABS, which is better than the PP, and it is not easy to break. Since the interface of the union ball valve is broken, it can be reused by replacing the union, but the common ball valve is completely scrapped.
